  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan on eligible orders.

Please ensure:

  • The provided phone number and address are accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, ZAIR is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events beyond our control

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, ZAIR ships only within Pakistan.
For international orders or inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ZAIR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
