Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong size received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized products
- Used or washed items
- Products without original tags or packaging
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
ZAIR does not offer refunds for any purchases.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The item received is damaged beyond replacement availability
- The order cannot be fulfilled by ZAIR
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review your request and arrange an exchange if approved.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

- Share your order details and reason for exchange
- Our support team will guide you through the process
Customers may be responsible for delivery charges unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
